Cute as a button!

Check out my new button :)

I put this on my personal blog on the right hand side so that folks can easily click it and be taken to this here photography blog.  I think it is pretty cute! I think there is a way that you can "grab my button" (that sounds weird ha) and put it on your blog, but I am not really sure how that works...any help would be fantastic.  Until then, you can just look and ponder at the cuteness of my "button"!

Colbie's Sneak Peek- (Dallas Children Photographer)

Meet Colbie! She is one adorable little 2.5 year old! Like most 2.5 year old little girls, Colbie definitely has a mind of her own and is quite sassy.  We had to get creative to get her to be into the "pose" we wanted her to do and sometimes they worked...sometimes not hehe.  Colbie gave us such a workout that we decide to treat ourselves to some In n Out Burger after the shoot! Check out Colbie's adorable polka-dot dress, her cute tea-set, and cute blue fingernails :)

I got some business cards :)

My husband has been marketing me at his work and told me he really could use some business cards since he doesn't have my website memorized...

I think they turned out pretty cute seeing as how I am not at all savvy with this sort of thing!

I have a shoot later this month so stay tuned for some new pics :)

Shutterfly

I made a Shutterfly page for Lauren Tarpley Photography.  This is where I will be putting all of the pictures from each photo shoot.  Facebook and this blog will be for the "sneak peeks" and then I will send each family I take pictures of a link to Shutterfly with all of the pictures for them to view and share with friends and family.  Of course, all families get a CD of all pictures and the rights.

Addison Sneak Peek (Dallas Children Photographer)

Ohmygoodness! I am so excited to share these pictures with you! Erik (my husband) went to Texas Tech with Amanda and Amanda and Stephen now have this sweet little almost two year old together! Addison is so adorable and has the prettiest eyelashes and brown eyes! We met up with the cute family in Waxahachie, Texas.  Amanda had a great eye for where to take the pictures at! We went to an old, abandoned jail and it was right next to a cornfield...hello, perfect. And then we went to downtown Waxahachie (such a fun word to say ha!) to take the rest.  It was hot and muggy, but it didn't stop us from getting some wonderful pictures of adorable Addison and her parents!

We are loving Dallas so far! We spent a couple of days driving/walking around to check out what is around us. Of course I took my camera to see if there was anything photo worthy :) Here are a few of my favorites from our ventures out!
